Hi crystal lovers! 

My name is Kate, and I created Manifest + Flow to help others on their manifestation journey. Journaling and crystal healing has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember! In elementary school, I would take my savings to the school book fair to buy a new journal and look for books on rocks, gems, and minerals.

Crystals and journals remained an essential part of my life as I got older, but it wasn't until 2020 that I decided I wanted to pursue this passion. Like everyone else, my life changed significantly at this time, and my dreams shifted. I filled the pages of my journal with dreams of moving back to my hometown in Hamilton and creating a business that would bring light into the lives of others.

I started the website while many of us were stuck at home. I aimed to create an online experience that was fun and full of mystery. First with the crystal mystery machine and then with the crystal ATM. It was a way for people all over to feel joy, excitement, and hope as they waited for their packages.

As I continued to fill the pages of my manifestation journal, my dreams grew. Soon, I was visualizing a physical store where people could come in and feel the energy of the crystals. A place where people felt safe and at peace and could leave with a sense of wonder and joy.

Over the past couple of years, Manifest + Flow has continued to evolve. In January, Denise joined me and is the bright, beautiful smile that greets each customer that walks through the door. She is a crystal expert and tarot reader who is an excellent source of information and high vibes!
